Don't buy this if you have a Chromebook I bought this printer because I wanted a good reliable printer that would work with Google Cloud Print. My wife has a Chromebook and printing via our network printers is iffy at best. The good news is that the printer works with Google Cloud Print from her Chromebook ... sort of. There are at least 3 problems: 1) The print dialog does not allow her to print multiple copies of a document... there isn't even a box to enter the # of copies. 2) There is no envelope paper size selection 3) ... read more
Nothing But Trouble. Died after six months. And it was constant battle to keep it running for those six months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!
One Star The printer worked fine for like a month and then the paper kept getting jammed. I contacted Brother and all they do is give me instructions on how to remove the jam. It's a waste of my time to keep contacting them for a solution when the last time I did took me 2 hrs on the telephone to give me the same instructions over and over. I have used many printers in my office and none of them has given me all the problems that this printer gave me.
Don't buy this printer This printer works nicely... SOMETIMES... When I am printing from Word, Excel, PP, etc.... no problem. It is fast, double sided is great, everything is wonderful, fast, and looks good. HOWEVER, when I try to print from the internet, almost always it will not. it gives me a tray failure, even though this tray has NEVER had paper in it or been activated. Poor Value touch screen broke within 3 months

Worst brand I have ever used Feeder didn't work. so got replacement under warranty and even though I originally purchased new Brother would only replace with refurbished machine. Spent 30 mins installing replacement only to find that it is broken. Reloaded paper tray more than 10 times but still get message that it needs to be loaded. Worst brand I have ever used.

Sleep in more like a coma As others have mentioned once this printer goes into sleep mode it won't wake up. Won't reconnect to the wifi if you push a button to wake it up and must be shut down and restarted to regain the network connection. If you don't print every hour do you really want to have to restart the printer every time you do? I don't and back to the store it goes.

This copier looks like it can do two sided copying This copier looks like it can do two sided copying. It has the document feeder and it even has that option on the touch screen menu, but when you push copy, it will not duplex copy and tells you to put your document on the glass and scan it that way.
