Terrible printer/tech support - don't buy this printer UPDATE: 6/6/18 After no call back on second no-help support call with supervisor, I emailed. Got an email back that my case was closed. ! contacted Brother again to open the case, received an email message that someone would like to discuss my problems. One Star I hate this printer. Constant problems.
Ok printer, terrible scanner Decent printer, bad setup software, terrible scanning driver. I purchased thi because I liked the wide format feature. This was the only printer that I’ve ever purchased where the copy feature scans better than the scanning software. Brought it back and bought the Epson ET-4750. Extra money, but it is an eco tank which I will save in ink down the road. Much smaller, quicker, the scanning software is top notch. Poor, poor quality Biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. Game it to DAV. Poor, poor quality. Very slow. Drinks ink like I drink beer, by the quart.
Blur Is it me? I never get a clear copy of color items. Always blurry. I’ve tried a couple of things but nothing changes.

Marginal print quality + lots of other problems [really should be 2 stars at the most] I just got this printer, and looked forward to having a great machine that would take care of my print needs, and so far (2 days) I have been overwhelmed with problems. First, and I agree with others who may have been surprised, this thing is BIG, and heavy. After some rearranging in my small home office area, I fit it in and I like it, it looks cool! I have only used it for less than a month ... I have only used it for less than a month and have had to clean the print heads twice. Paper tray is cheaply made and the papers always mix up coming out of the paper tray. Not impressed with this model.
Worst printer ever I have purchased dozens of printers for our company and this is the worst printer ever....loud, slow, doesn't properly feed from back, and can't scan more than 1 page at a time without it skewing anything beyond first page. Going back to HP.
