It was easily connected into the computer network. Too soon to evaluate all-around performance. The only dislike so far is disgusting loud "burp" when it feeds the paper. The touch-screen is a bit small for my fingers but a pencil-eraser facilitates the functions. No tech support needed so far.

Great printer!! Would by again. This was a top review, so I switched from canon. It was a super easy set up because I used a cd. Prints well. Still using set up ink. It will print gray scale if color runs out. You just have to set it up to do so. Instructions on their site. When you replace color, you must reset. They say they did this to save print head. A nice home/family printer Bought this printer recently as a home printer. Great quality and no issues using it from my phone or scanning documents. I would definitely recommend it for a simple to use home/family printer especially for the price
Did not easily link with ARRIS wifi router Had difficulty getting printer to work with ARRIS wifi router. took an hour+ of tech support. Tech support said that has been a problem with printer.
