It is in fact a little loud when printing I am very happy with this printer! The entire setup, including Brother Refresh, took less than 10 minutes and it has printed seamlessly from our iMac and Macbook over our wifi. The printer is loud when it is printing but that's a non-issue for our family when our house is almost always filled with noise.
Awesome This printer is amazing. Print quality is great and I’ve had no issues with it at all. Love it.
Quality product I used to own an Epson WF-3720, the ink was expensive and printer sometimes can't be found in the network. I've had this printer for 3 months now, I'm a graduate student so I print lots of stuff, the I've just now almost ran out of black ink, and the ink is about 1/3 of the price of Epson, and I haven't encountered any technological issues. The only complain I have is the design that I have to pull out the whole paper tray in order to put paper in.
There are some things that I would change There are some things I would change, but the quality of the printer is AOK. The paper tray is not convenient to fill. When you are going to scan it is in a difficult place to put your finger drive. Sometimes it give you too much information on the touch screen, when it could be just printing.

Great for small jobs. Handy little printer for our home. Not made for office or school as paper tray is smallish...but fine for college dorm, small home jobs where routine printing performed for a few family members. Set up easy and well designed; practical but not necessarily rugged like a large office printer needs to be.
Versatility a plus. Connecting to my network had some challenges, but once done, it worked very well.

Do not buy this printer if you are using a Mac Do not buy this printer if you are using Apple devices. Their tech support is efficient like they got the job done and the printer works but it cost me to buy a technical support package, so I felt like I had to add that to the total cost of the printer. Also, the tech support is by remote access to install a driver which you would do over CD, but my computer doesn’t have a CD drive.
