Finally A Great Home Printer Finally a printer for the home that works! Easy to setup too! Did lots of research after being burned so many times and settled on this Brother. It prints great from all of our devices - iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Microsoft Surface. All via WiFi. Great color and black and white. So simple to print double sided too. Definitely recommend this for the family at home - light work printing, school stuff for kids, etc..
Works great We did research on printers before we go this one and it seems like the right choice. We’ve only had it for a short period (it’s interesting to me that you always get requests for reviews for purchases before you even have a chance to really use the item which is why I normally ignore the requests) but it seems to be a good machine. Great little printer in a small package Loved the compact design. Loved the price for a printer of this quality. Color rendition is good but not great. Reputation for reliability important after problems with several HP inkjets over the last few years.
Scanner images are far from satisfactory I had my IT-savvy son check this function also and he found it lacking. Anyone else have this problem? Had some issues with printing also but that seems to have resolved.
Nice little printer! My old printer was [1] big and clunky, [2] getting balky about doing the wireless connection thing, [3] expensive to keep in ink, and [4] hard for my bifocaled eyes to read the icons and lights on the 'dashboard'. Seeking one to replace it, I came across this Brother printer. The price was right, and the reviews said it was easy to set up and less costly in the way of ink. Nice, quiet printer The printer is quiet and efficient. It even does two-sided printing. It is what I needed for personal use. Not sure how long the ink will last as i have had it only a couple of weeks. Happy with my choice so far.
Very Good, but printer is WAY TOO SLOW! This particular printer was rated as a Best Buy and recommended by Consumer Reports. I needed a new printer, and this was my first Brother printer. It was not that difficult to set up, but I did not get it connected to my computer, as my computer was out for repairs. Don't buy until you're ready to use I bought this in February but didn't get around to setting it up until April Then they didn't recognize the # for registration.
