Great quality product Bought this for my mom, she absolutely loves it and it’s quite easy to use. Each ink color has a separate cartridge, which makes it more cost effective than other brands. Love that I can connect via network cable, USB, or Wi-Fi. Easy to set up and easy for a septuagenarian to use. Would definitely buy again.
It performs as advertised. The PC had disc drive so loading the drivers was a cinch. The MAC however does not have a disc driver so having to download the drivers was a bit confusing. There were too many choices and no help as to which one was the best for my computer. It is working now.
It does it's job, when it wants to, for a lot of money. So far so good, I've had trouble printing multiple pages together though. It seems to struggle with that, then it just keeps restarting and wasting your overpriced $45 ink that runs out super quick. Besides that, it's done the job.

Best Printer that I've ever owned Unboxing and setup were a breeze. I have owned many other popular printer brands; this one is BY FAR the best. I bought it based on Consumer Report's recommendation. I can 100% say that if you want a super easy setup, a crisp, clear document, look no further!

Great printer Easy set up, does what it meant for. Highly recommend.
Good printer Purchased to replace same model which failed after a number of years--wanted to use ink cartridges from the old printer. However, even tho this is the same model #, the ink cartridge has been changed--the old cartridges will not fit!!! Also the old large black cartridge was rated at 2400 copies, the new one 400 copies. Otherwise works well.
Great Printer We are used to a very slow printer with fair quality. This is a fast printer with great quality. We like the front loading of color cartridges, too. Excellent printer!
