Awesome printer! Printer arrived 5 days earlier than expected which was amazing, the printer setup was easy and print quality is incredible!
So far so good Just got and haven’t had too many things to print but everything I have printed have been fine.
It runs through ink quickly The unit overall all is very good and made well. The printing is clear, even on the lower quality settings. The biggest issue, which is the same for all printers these days... it goes through ink so fast. If you use another brand, other than the Brother's, be prepared to see a few warnings, but it will still work.
Works great with Mac Computer Liked quick setup. Wireless hookup Really easy! Works like a champ! Color printing is excellent, but slow compared to my old Canon. RIP
It's fine I've had this printer since 2019. It's fine. It works with my MacBook Pro. No issues with it not being compatible as new mac os versions have come out. Currently running Big Sur and it prints fine. It also scans and photocopies fine. I use generic off brand ink cartridges and haven't had any issues with that either. It does seem to go through ink quickly. I use it primarily for printing out shipping labels and documents, all black and white. 10 minutes to set up, and it works perfectly! Set-up was really simple, wireless link is easy, it works very well! We had a paper jam, and the instructions for clearing it (available on the printer itself) were easy and they worked!
I'm still testing this out I had a problem with my Brother MFC-J995DW printer, so decided to replace it with the Consumer Reports 2021 recommended MFC-J895DW. Since it came up with the same problem as the previous printer, I hired an electrician to see what the problem was. Evidently, it's an electrical issue in the house. He seemed to have solved it, but now I have two printers. I'm sticking with the new one because of the CR recommendation for longevity and durability.
Brand new, case damaged in shipping but printer was fine. I love this printer. The case was damaged in shipping (no additional case around it), but the printer was fine.
Good company support When my printer developed an error,the company sent me another printer. I didn’t ask for it ,they volunteered it. Can you beat that for customer support ?
