Seriously? I bought on Amazon in late June. I don't print very much at all. Maybe 30-40 pages so far if that? This morning I got a message about a paper jam; I went through the machine's 6 prompts to clear it - though in the end, there was no paper jam after all. Then I get a message saying "Ink Absorber Pad Full" and to consult the troubleshooting guide. Don't buy Signal worst thing I have ever bought. Installed all software and drivers, firmware is up to date, the printer is connected to wifi and still Spent hours trying to get it to work. It'll print than disconnect have to reconnect it to wifi every time. I checked my network signal is strong on all other devices. I thought I might be software issue so I uninstalled and reinstalled software now it doesn't print at all. I'm not ignorant with electronics it shouldn't have these kind of issues. Worst printer ever! Great features--if it actually worked.... Stay away! I bought this at Best Buy and it worked fine for two months. Then I started getting low ink warnings, then "ink pad full". The ink pad is supposed to last the life of the printer. It wouldn't work anymore. When I took it in for service, they fixed the faulty ink pad sensor, but couldn't fix the low ink sensor without replacing the ink cartridges-- and they wanted ME to pay for the ink. Cheap software software sucks. Pain in the ass to hook up, slow to print. Its just a cheap printer. Not good for office with multiple machnes and a network.
Kind of expensive for only 1 year of life Less than a year old from when I installed this printer. I use it a lot but now the paper is constantly jaming
