Easy Peasy set up I had an HP printer that was horrible to set up. It got corrupted so needed to reset it up. After spending countless hours trying to re set it up, I pitched it and ordered this one because I found reviews saying it was easy to install. No kidding, very easy.
Fantastic Value This printer does it all so competently: print, fax, scan, automatic 2-sided printing... And the ink supply is huge and inexpensive considering the number of pages the cartridges yield. BTW, the ink cartridges included are the full, high-capacity size, not "starter" cartridges like many other printers. The cartridges alone are a $70 value. Great printer! I love this printer! I had bought an inkjet from a different company 6 months before, and OMG, every computer in the house kept losing the connection to it. It also burned through ink like water on a hot day. Insanity. So I invested different brands before settling on this one. It is fantastic. The printer software is much more reliable, and the ink lasts the way you expect it to--and I print a lot. I'll never buy the other brand again.
Average printing Good printer, nothing spectacular
Very Easy to Setup I really liked that fact that it was so easy to setup. Other machines, including Brothers made it too difficult to connect to my WiFi. No problem with this one. You will need a USB cable that is not included. I replaced to other printers with this one and I love it.

Excellent product that has performed very well Excellent product that has performed very well. The printed paper holder doesn't work very well. Our's came off and I've played the dickens trying to reinstall it resulting in our print jobs tossed to the floor instead of being held at the printer
Fastest most seamless set up ever! I don't often write reviews and must admit that I only usually do when I'm mad at the product or customer service. I just got this printer so that's why I only gave it 4 stars since I haven't used it yet, but the set up took me less than 5 minutes. I'm on a mac and I didn't even have to install anything. Wow, Brother, thank you!!
