OK printer, great support the duplex printing function broke... the printer would crumple the paper up when it went to reverse the page. BUT... the support was amazing - brother did email-based troubleshooting and then replaced the printer in like 5 days.
Low cost though a compromise Liked the low cost of printer and inks. Print quality inferior to prior printer an 8 year old Xerox ColorCube 8570 where printer ink sticks outrageously costly. The Brother printer proved simple and quick to set up. Has worked reliably for the month it has been in use.
Great printer Great printer, was really easy to setup wifi printing. Very happy with the print quality.
inexpensive printer for home use Cheap construction, but what do you expect? It does the job I need it to do with few bells or whistles. I bought it for home and it does what I bought it for.

Nice Design Very nice printer overall.
Won't print if any of the colors are out This printer has been very dependable. It is quiet and quick. However, today I learned that it won't print at all if any of the colors are out. My yellow ran out. It won't even print in grayscale if the yellow is out. I've been super frustrated all day as I have ink on the way, but I can't print until it gets here. Don't let yourself run out of any of the colors, even if you are only going to print black and white.
Economical, good printer I am very happy with this printer. Instructions are pretty intuitive and software is streamlined. The ink cartridges are easy to replace and the cost per page is very low. My previous HP printer was expensive to use and the software was jammed with junk. The HP ink was expensive and the cartridges were tricky to install. I was relieved when it finally died. Quite, fast, and efficient So far, I love this printer! It was easy to set up! It prints great-fast! Love the touch screen! Also, like the iPad/iPhone apps that support the printer. Easy to use! Would recommend!
