Worked great for 10 Months I used this printer in a small shared office primarily for printing and copying. Really was a great machine until in would no longer identify new toners. Replaced all the toners and drums with brother's parts and still no luck. While its still under warranty I'm not sure its worth the hassle and down time to warranty it. Going to give brother one more shot since we have all the toners in stock.
Let down by Brother! I already had one home color laser printer and so I bought one for my office. The black toner leaks constantly and ruins every print. I have to continuously clean the rollers and parts inside in between each print. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Not a good printer at all! We were so excited to get this printer for our office. It worked great for three weeks and then it was awful! Our computers constantly had to keep re-adding the printer and the black ink went out after less than 100 pages. We replaced the black toner from Office Depot and after three days of using every print was faded to the point you could hardly see it. No matter what we tried, it was like that. None Black toner constantly smears copies with black bands despite all attempts.
Awful Printer! Will not purchase this brand again Print quality is terrible! Have had in use for about 5 months and tech support was unable to help me to remove the LARGE black spots from my prints! I am not on hold waiting for tech support again (and have been on hold for 33 minutes so far and do not have high hopes they will be able to help me. Very disappointing product
Just a month and having issues Just past 1 month since I bought the laser printer and I'm having problems/issues with the black toner cartridge. After cleaning the corona wires and drum unit, I am still experiencing the vertical black streaks, blot inks and scattered ink stains. I have called the technical support and have told me that they'll send a replacement toner cartridge. We'll wait and see; hoping that will fix the problem.
Terrible quality From the moment we started this up we have had problems. Fine details are blurred and the prints have lines across with ink spots spattered throughout.
MFC failed after a few weeks - very disappointing. My brother MFC worked for less than one month and 100 pages before I had to return it. I was expecting a quality product and was left disappointed.
Good all round home printer. Good compact printer (I previously had a MFC that was twice the size), Easy to set up.
