I like the one pass scanning of both sides. I like the one pass scanning of both sides. That is the feature that sold me this printer and I have not been disappointed. The automatic deskew function works great also.
Great Printer does exactly what I want it to do. I have no problems with the printer. Love it. I have another brothers printer and also works great. Would recommend.
True workhorse! Love this machine! Works like a dream... Scans, copies and prints with ease and faxes too! Have had this brand since business started 9 years ago... This is the 2nd model we bought just because we needed a 2nd machine! Well worth the price since it is just like the energizer bunny! Keeps going and going and going!

Does the job of machine twice as expensive. I bought this Brother when I retired from my law practice and retired a much larger and more expensive commercial machine. I've never missed one thing about the old machine. I don't feel I sacrificed a thing.

Workhorse I am in the tax business and only print forms. These printers have held up under high usage in a concentrated time frame. I am on my third one.
Good copier I have had this product for about 2 months and are very happy with it. We have a small business and it has worked great. My favorite features is the double sided printing which is much easier that my old copier which I paid a lot for! This one after only a few setting adjustments you just put the original through the page feeder and it does it. Great versatility on enlarging and reducing also which we use a lot. Nice Printer, Software CD Drivers not so good. Printer copies fine, very fast. The Cd Software drivers that I received did not install our Scanner (we had to obtain the scanner drivers another way) Fax drivers are also a problem. And support could not help us remedy the issue.
