Easy setup... By far the easiest setup I've ever experienced. 5 minutes out of the box and I was sending jobs from 2 laptops and 3 Android devices. Quality is excellent, scanning to file fast and accurate. Definitely a good investment.
Business Review! I bought this one in replacement of MFC 9420CN. I was researching my best move since I don't like to buy and return until satisfied. I am too busy for that so I had to have it right from start. I am in Lending field so imagine when it comes to reliability and productivity I demand from these machines. Perfect machine! I replaced the 8910 with this bad boy! A dream, quiet, fast and beautiful! The only thing is they are selling the tn660 with this as bundle deal. Had to return the toner and get the correct tn820 or 850
Best printer/Scanner ever Just wonderful! Does 2 sided scanning in one pass. Very,very easy to set up. Really fast. Totally delighted.

Great for a small law firm So far it's been great. We upgraded from an old Brother MFC and have been really happy with the new features.
Set up was easy and painless Arrived quickly. Set up was easy and painless. Had it printing/scanning/faxing wirelessly to two computers in about 20 minutes. The printer prints quietly. Love the touch screen, nice and clear and very responsive. I have only had it about 30 minutes so I will wait to see how it holds up in the long rung but compared to the Xerox this one is replacing it is leaps and bounds ahead already just because of the ease of setup.

Strong, handsome, reliable. Printer-hostile, high- volume user, used to pay Staples rather than touch my office printer. Finally fell in love: the printer of my dreams. Strong, handsome, reliable. We have the occasional squabble about using the wireless, but it is always quickly resolved. After four months, I am still giddy.
