Printing doesn't usually work over wifi I've used Brother printers for many years without any problems until now. This one doesn't print over Wifi most of the time. I can sit a few feet away from it and send one pdf of Word document after the other, and there's no rhyme or reason for which ones it prints and which ones it doesn't. Sometimes it won't print any documents, while sometimes it will only print certain documents. How can something this basic not just work in 2020? Leaky toner I would take two cents for this printer! Arrived with a leaky toner. I spent close to four hour on the phone with tech support over a course of a few days. I tried to get them to replace the toner for free. No way would tech support budge on a replacement toner. I gave away a excellent Cannon inkjet printer that gave me years of trouble free printing because I had upgraded to a wireless MacBook Pro laptop so I order my first and last Brothers product.
Do not buy this model! I love Brother products and have used them for years! They are a great bang for your buck. But I had nothing but trouble out of this copier model. It's wifi doesn't work most of the time and then I had it for less than a year with extremely light use and it just kept jamming and jamming. It drove me nuts. I finally threw it away and ordered a different Brother model! Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid this model.
quality Within 10 month, product start giving problem on print. Some spaces are blank!
Not as I Expected This is an attractive design, that’s as far as it goes. It’s slow que up, print quality is horrible, plus it bleeds. Not a good purchase. I will be returning this item and replacing with another HP brand printer. May cost a bit more, but worth the price, Brother is very disappointing. I need a better and faster printing for mortgage documents and this Brother Printer is not up to the challenge.

Do Not Purchase This is the worst printer/scanner I have ever used. Incredibly inefficient and a time waster. Save your money.
