Mike was excellent when my wife and I were buying our first house. He was very clear in explaining all the details of our mortgage and all the intricacies of the process. Mike went beyond our expectations, we had a timeline from multiple pressure points and Mike had our back through the whole process. Between juggling kids commitments, moving out of a temporary rental, finding the home of our dreams and one of us starting a new job it was a very challenging time. But with Mike on our team we were able to meet our deadlines and navigate an obstacle course of issues. Thanks Mike for a great job.

Mike was very helpful in the marketing of my offer to potential sellers. He would contact the seller's agent and help my agent 'sell' me as a safe and easy offer. When the right home came along his efforts helped get me the place in a competitive multi-bid market.

When Wells Fargo couldn't get the loan done in the time and manner we needed, Michael Belfor and American Pacific Mortgage came through and we were able to get the loan and house we really wanted. Was very professional and worked with both the seller's representatives and our agent to get our escrow closed in the required time. Highly recommended.
