When we started approaching the close date he followed up with us to get the final requirements completed. At all times he maintained a high-level of professionalism. From the beginning, Mike was very helpful in the home buying process (we are first time home buyers). We emailed him on a Saturday evening and he got back to us within 24 hours. He explained the complicated process in a simple and understandable way. I liked how he called multiple times each week during the escrow process to give an update and let us know what the next step is. Mike is a master of his craft and made the home buying experience a pleasant one!

Michael Belfor made what is usually a miserable process straight forward and relatively painless. Without having even met us, he sent us the forms we needed, helped me fill them out, directed me on the process and turned things around literally over night. I would recommend him to anyone. His service was excellent and he could not have been nicer.

Michael is so awesome! He literally took us from denied for a loan to approved in 5 months. Not to mention his super fast closing time! He's awesome especially if you're new at the whole home buying process. He walked us through everything and was always available when we needed him. He definitely deserves 5 stars for all his hard work.

Can't say enough good things about Mike. He was very helpful and made sure we closed on time. Mike made sure to explain all the loan fees and always updated us on what was happening. What was nice about working with Mike was that he was prompt and thorough. Everything went very smoothly!
