I am very glad that I chose Michael as my loan officer, who has been very helpful in terms of mortgage application. He is very precise and knows exactly what documents I need to satisfy the underwriter. I never thought I would get qualified for this big loan amount. Michael made my dream come true. Now I own a 2600 sf single house in the Bay Area! I also referred my friend to Michael since she wasn't able to get loan approval from other lender, but Michael did it all.

From the beginning, Mike was very helpful in the home buying process (we are first time home buyers). We emailed him on a Saturday evening and he got back to us within 24 hours. He explained the complicated process in a simple and understandable way. I liked how he called multiple times each week during the escrow process to give an update and let us know what the next step is. Mike is a master of his craft and made the home buying experience a pleasant one!

Michael is so awesome! He literally took us from denied for a loan to approved in 5 months. Not to mention his super fast closing time! He's awesome especially if you're new at the whole home buying process. He walked us through everything and was always available when we needed him.
