I reached out to Michael when I decided I would like to purchase my first home. He was referred to me by my agent. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael. We were referred to Michael by our Real Estate Agent. We were about to put our home in Middletown up for sale and needed a lender for our future new home in Santa Rosa. He could not have been nicer. Anyone who knows real estate in Middletown it takes a long time to move your property. Michael was there for through the long winter and early spring. Mike and hit Belfour team are a machine and get things done. I had a very difficult loan and they managed to get it done!! Michael and team were great to work with. This was my first solo home purchase and Michael did everything in his power to make the process seamless. I’m an avid believer in over communication and there was no question unanswered and no text/call unreturned. Michael took the initiative to call and check in just to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
