Michael is a great mortgage agent. He was easy to talk to helped us close on our house just in the nick of time. He even called during a vacation with his family to help us sort out an issue with the complex bridge loan. He also recommended a wonderful realtor who was easy to communicate with and with us every step of the way. I would definitely work with him again.

We were in a nightmare situation: non-contigent loan (normal if you are buying in the Bay Area), house under-appraised by 80K by our original lender (top-tier big bank), and 10 days away from forfeiting our deposit. Out of desperation, we called every lender and asked if they can close in two weeks. We were referred to Michael by our Real Estate Agent. We were about to put our home in Middletown up for sale and needed a lender for our future new home in Santa Rosa. He could not have been nicer. Mike and hit Belfour team are a machine and get things done. I had a very difficult loan and they managed to get it done!!
