Working with Michael was a great experience. I am a first time home buyer and he made sure to walk me through everything so I fully understood every step of the loan process. Michael and his team work very quickly and respond promptly. We were able to beat out another offer because we were able to close faster. Overall I highly recommend.

I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone other than Michael and his team at American Pacific. If you are shopping around for a mortgage you really need to consider Michael. He was always prompt in response, phone calls, emails and face to face. No question was to silly for him at all, this is our first home and from the get go I felt comfortable and confident with our choice in APMC. Michael is a great mortgage agent. He was easy to talk to helped us close on our house just in the nick of time. He even called during a vacation with his family to help us sort out an issue with the complex bridge loan. He also recommended a wonderful realtor who was easy to communicate with and with us every step of the way. I would definitely work with him again.

We were in a nightmare situation: non-contigent loan (normal if you are buying in the Bay Area), house under-appraised by 80K by our original lender (top-tier big bank), and 10 days away from forfeiting our deposit. Out of desperation, we called every lender and asked if they can close in two weeks.
