His prompt response to our needs, questions and concerns calmed the nerves of uncertainty in moving forward with the whole thing but yes, we've closed! Mike helped me get approved for my home loan at a lower rate. I had a high debt to credit ratio and mike was able to show me what I needed to pay off to bring my score up to get me the lowest rate! It was easy and Mike was very precise. He was great to work with.
