I chose Michael to do my loan after working with him numerous times from clients I had referred to him. He always explains what your specific loan scenario would look like and what loan product best suits you. As usual, he was able to do a fast close and get everything done before the original close date even. His office knows how to get it done and get it done fast!
For the last 25 years on which I have several refinances and home purchases, my experience with Michael and his team was outstanding. Michael and Erika were great to work with as mortgage brokers, they helped secure the jumbo loan we needed to land our house. His prompt response to our needs, questions and concerns calmed the nerves of uncertainty in moving forward with the whole thing but yes, we've closed!
