Dr Madsen too time to explain everything in great detail. I did not feel rushed in any way.
Dr. Madsen is a very talented doctor. We highly recommend him for any spine surgery. And he is so nice to talk with.
He explained everything very well he made me feel like I could trust him and means all to me.
From the first few minutes Dr Madsen puts you at ease. He answers my questions in detail. He was also very patient with my uneasiness and hesitation and waited for me to be ready. The care and compassion was outstanding before during and after surgery.
He is always willing to answer all my questions and give me options. Very thorough and the kindest personality of any doctor I have ever known.

I wasn’t too sure how I felt about Dr Madsen at first. He seemed kind of abrupt but I learned he was a very caring and dedicated doctor. My son Jason was won over when he was getting ready to perform surgery on my back and Jason asked him how long surgery would be. Dr Madsen said he didn’t look at the clock he was focused on do the best for me. He is a wonderful surgeon who doesn’t recommend unnecessary surgery and is a truly caring man.
