Dr. Madsen takes time to talk with you and he explains what he did in your surgery. Since my surgery I've not had any neck or back pain.
Dr. Madsen was very knowledgeable and explained the process of the plan of treatment. He did give me something to help while awaiting insurance approval. The system needs more Doctors like him. He heard me and responded appropriately.
