I'd give him 7 out of 5 stars and I'm not a fan of doctors. Immediately, his demeanor puts one at ease. This is my second back issue. He did surgery on a bulging disc 2 years ago. It was same day surgery and I was a new person. Now that I'm having different issues, I wouldn't trust anyone else. He even takes the time to get to know his patients and asks about their life, not just their medical problems. His office fit me in his schedule the next day.
The first time I met Dr. Madsen I knew there was something special about this man. I was stunned at his caring, knowledgable, sensitive manner. After being disabled for so long& after numerous treatments, I was faced with the fact that I had to have spine surgery. I was frightened. Dr Madsen too time to explain everything in great detail. I did not feel rushed in any way.
Dr. Madsen is a very talented doctor. We highly recommend him for any spine surgery. And he is so nice to talk with.
He explained everything very well he made me feel like I could trust him and means all to me.
From the first few minutes Dr Madsen puts you at ease. He answers my questions in detail. He was also very patient with my uneasiness and hesitation and waited for me to be ready. The care and compassion was outstanding before during and after surgery.
He is always willing to answer all my questions and give me options. Very thorough and the kindest personality of any doctor I have ever known.

Just the way everybody is there the staff is very professional Dr Madsen is very professional like he's your friend answers all your questions and hes a godsend for me took care of my headaches with The operation that he suggested and haven't had one in over 2 years so thankful for him
