The first time I met Dr. Madsen I knew there was something special about this man. I was stunned at his caring, knowledgable, sensitive manner. After being disabled for so long& after numerous treatments, I was faced with the fact that I had to have spine surgery. I was frightened. Dr. Madsen is a very talented doctor. We highly recommend him for any spine surgery. And he is so nice to talk with.
He explained everything very well he made me feel like I could trust him and means all to me.
From the first few minutes Dr Madsen puts you at ease. He answers my questions in detail. He was also very patient with my uneasiness and hesitation and waited for me to be ready. The care and compassion was outstanding before during and after surgery.
He is always willing to answer all my questions and give me options. Very thorough and the kindest personality of any doctor I have ever known.
