Michelle helped me with my first house and recently I had to go through the process yet again for a new house and with a different type of loan than before. As always Michelle made the process really easy. My boss was buying a house at the same time as me and was having so many issues with his broker and was jealous I had it so easy. The biggest challenge I had was waiting to get the keys to my new home.

Michelle and her team are Awesome! Throughout the whole process they were hugely helpful. They patiently put up with a barrage of stupid questions from me, their communication is excellent, they were absolutely on top of every detail, and they made my home loan process easy and quick!
This is the first time I've ever refinanced a home and I can't believe how easy it was. Michelle and her team made this so smooth and painless. I'm on the road 20 days a month and going into this that worried me. Well, it shouldn't have. I was so well communicated with I felt like I was right there every step of the way. We closed early, my payment ended up lower than expected and I brought NO money to closing. I'd highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home.
We had some special needs and Michelle and team were very accommodating to help us mange this process. It was great that they continued to follow up and keep us on track.
