first time home buyer, Michelle really helped me get through the process with easy. always going out of her way to make sure that i got the best out of everything. she dealt with any complications that i had, which i did have a few, and always gave me all the answers. next time i buy i will go through her again.

Michelle was recommended by my relator after my original loan agent stopped communicating with me. Michelle worked hard to get the payments I needed and to close on time on both my refinance of my rental property and the purchase of my new home (I only closed 2 days late on the purchase due to a holiday). Michelle was nice and personable, she got to know me and really cared about my family and myself.

Of all the financial providers we have dealt with over the years, Michelle and her team are absolutely the most efficient and prompt, with someone always available to handle the "glitches". Michelle and her team will always be our choice and we highly recommend them.

To anyone reading this if this is your first time in home buying please give Michelle a call she is open and honest from the start she will put your mind at ease and make it a less stressful as she can. Michelle was highly recommended to us. We were told NOT to look any further, well we did, big mistake, and then we called Michelle as we now in a desperate situation. I would absolutely recommend Michelle Guth and would work with her again for my future home purchasing activity.
