2nd time with Michelle..Easy Peasy This is our second experience with Michelle, once for a refinance, and now for our 2nd house. Both experiences were very pleasant and the process went as smooth as can be. Outstanding & Patient Service Michelle was incredibly patient, she actually helped me for approximately 3 years while I was being indecisive about moving and patiently qualified me every year. She was happy to constantly revise my loan options and patiently answer my many, many questions. Her staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, even at odd times of the day or weekend.
