Michelle and Mollie were both great. We were living in California and were out of Idaho for most of the process. Our phone calls were answered or returned promptly and they spent a lot of time helping us through emailing all of the required documentation. I would recommend them highly.
Michelle and her team, particularly Molly, were extremely helpful through our home-buying experience. Michelle helped us get pre-approved before we went looking for a new home, and provided us a detailed to-do list. Because of them I was able to get the house I wanted in a timely manner. They went out of their way to make sure I understood the process and always answered my questions with patience.
