This is our second experience with Michelle, once for a refinance, and now for our 2nd house. Both experiences were very pleasant and the process went as smooth as can be. Michelle and the DMG team provided excellent communication through the entire process, and they have earned our business for any future endeavors.
Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and she worked really hard to get me the best loan out there. I didn’t go through a realtor and she and the Diversified Mortgage team helped through everything. Michelle was incredibly patient, she actually helped me for approximately 3 years while I was being indecisive about moving and patiently qualified me every year. She was happy to constantly revise my loan options and patiently answer my many, many questions. Her staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, even at odd times of the day or weekend. I cannot express my thanks enough to her in helping me get into my perfect home.
