At one point I was thinking that we had to companies trying to do the underwriting. While most of the "hold ups" on our loan were from the RD loan underwriting our experience was still horrible. Every time Diversified Mortgage needed a new document it typically came around 3:30 or later in the afternoon and they "needed" it that day.
