While most of the "hold ups" on our loan were from the RD loan underwriting our experience was still horrible. Every time Diversified Mortgage needed a new document it typically came around 3:30 or later in the afternoon and they "needed" it that day. We also had the wrong insurance company paid then the one that we selected. Instead they paid a company that they found for us even though I had never spoken with the company.
