My situation was unique in the sense that there were some hurdles to negotiate on a limited time frame and Michelle was incredible in getting these accomplished. She was able to close on my house in less than a month. Michelle was helpful throughout the process. She was especially good in explaining things to me as a first time buyer. She was able to close on my house in less than a month. The only negative aspect was my loan changed servicing companies twice within the first few months of closing.

Michelle took it personally upon herself to get me the funding I needed, due to an issue with a credit report we were unable to get conventional funding, she found a temporary lender to get our family in the house. When we contacted Michelle, she got to work and was able to get us the funding we ... Michelle and her team kept us from loosing our dream home. We had made an offer on the home of our dreams but had a huge hang up with our funding because of someone, at a bank, convincing us to use them instead of Diversified. She answered every question I asked and answered it in language that I could understand. I came to Michelle on a recommendation.This was the first time buying a home and she made me feel really comfortable through out the entire process. She answered every question I asked and answered it in language that I could understand. She was straight forward and very too the point.I really felt like I was the only person she was working with (even though I know that's not the case). I would highly recommend Michelle Guth.
