Laura was wonderful to work with. I am new to Naples, Florida and I had a pretty limited budget in a higher end market. I feel like she worked just as hard for me as she would for someone with a much larger budget and I really appreciated that. She was knowledgeable about the area, but beyond that, she is just a nice human being. I highly recommend Laura.

Victor did an excellent job it was a pleasure working with him throughout the process. He was very accommodating and very responsive. He got all our questions answered and did everything possible to that we closed on time.

It was a pleasure working with Victor. He made the entire process very easy. He was very responsive and professional. After our first contact with him he sent us numerous properties to look at that met our requirements. He was very attentive to our short window for finding a property as we are from out of state and were only in Naples for a short time. He scheduled numerous property visits in a short period of time. Laura was exceptional. I was buying from far away. She was a great communicator and always kept me informed and was in touch frequently. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She even went beyond to help me out when I had transportation problems the day of closing. She gave me excellent referrals for local area services. She knows the area and is truly helpful and kind. I highly recommend her! She is awesome.

Natalie and the team from the Michelle Thomas Group are exceptional! Natalie presented their teams process and “the why” during our realtor interview and it was very impressive. What’s even more impressive is that the team exceeded expectations implementing that process which is rare. Typically, there is a process but it’s not always fully executed. Michelle met with us initially in person and was very helpful. We felt like she spent an appropriate amount of time with us to discuss the listing process, the steps her team takes to advertise the property, and her role in making it happen. Her team did an excellent job of communicating with us. Her photographer did an excellent job and her team assembled an impressive brochure and listing disclosure sheets. Tyler was is great to work with. He listens to what you say, and only shows you what directly fits with your needs. He goes the extra mile to get the job done, going back to the community we were looking at several times to chase down answers to questions we had. He has introduced us to vendors, contractors and the like, going so far as to meet them for us because we are 1300 miles away.
