My husband and I came to Kim looking for a second/future only home in the Fort Myers/Naples area. She was very kind, attentive, and willing to do a lot of leg work for us since we are out of state. If you state that there are no perfect real estate agents, I would disagree and will definitely respond - KIM BROOKS is. She not only understood the nuances of local Marco Island Market, which allowed me to dodge couple of bad purchase decisions, but continuously had my best interest in mind. This is a crazy market we are in right now. Low inventory and many bids on one house. When I finally found the house I wanted Eugene was right on top of things. His negotiation skills were great and I came out with the home I wanted. Eugene's knowledge of the area helped tremendously as I am from out of state so he was able to help me select an area I wanted to live in. Eugene was very responsive.
