This is a crazy market we are in right now. Low inventory and many bids on one house. When I finally found the house I wanted Eugene was right on top of things. His negotiation skills were great and I came out with the home I wanted. Eugene's knowledge of the area helped tremendously as I am from out of state so he was able to help me select an area I wanted to live in. Eugene was very responsive. I would recommend Jill in a heartbeat. She helped us purchase our first home and we truly felt we had her as an advocate in our corner ensuring our best interest from start to finish. She had fantastic recommendations when it came to an inspector and insurance companies - both were top notch - which was much appreciated as first timers. Wonderful buying experience from start to finish thanks to Eugene Moreno. We purchased our condo remotely from another state, which was a pleasure thanks to Eugene's attentiveness, knowledge and frequent communication. Ria was wonderful. Showed us multiple properties in a very tight schedule as we are out of state buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the areas and all the different developments in the area. A 5 star review doesn'tcompare to all the hard work and dedication Mr. Moreno provided tome. I flew to Florida just for the weekend on July 2, 2021 which started our journey in finding my new home. Perry is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate, he sold a house for me in 2013 and is now in the process of selling another house for me which is currently Under Contract.
