Our experience with Laura Parkey and her husband, Steve, was great! They were both courteous and professional during the house viewing phase. She worked very hard on our purchase, dealing with difficult sellers and their agent, necessitating multiple contract amendments processed by her and the closing team. Many times, this deal felt like it would fall apart, but Laura was committed to moving it forward to the closing date.

Look no further-- Claire O'Keefe is the best realtor to use! She is incredibly organized and always kept us informed every step of the way. We would recommend her wholeheartedly. Her negotiation skills were top-notch and she was able to secure our dream home for a fantastic price. She was always available and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

Laura was wonderful to work with. I am new to Naples, Florida and I had a pretty limited budget in a higher end market. I feel like she worked just as hard for me as she would for someone with a much larger budget and I really appreciated that. She was knowledgeable about the area, but beyond that, she is just a nice human being. I highly recommend Laura.

It was a pleasure working with Victor. He made the entire process very easy. He was very responsive and professional. After our first contact with him he sent us numerous properties to look at that met our requirements. He was very attentive to our short window for finding a property as we are from out of state and were only in Naples for a short time. He scheduled numerous property visits in a short period of time. Laura was exceptional. I was buying from far away. She was a great communicator and always kept me informed and was in touch frequently. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She even went beyond to help me out when I had transportation problems the day of closing. She gave me excellent referrals for local area services. She knows the area and is truly helpful and kind. I highly recommend her! She is awesome.

Natalie and the team from the Michelle Thomas Group are exceptional! Natalie presented their teams process and “the why” during our realtor interview and it was very impressive. What’s even more impressive is that the team exceeded expectations implementing that process which is rare. Typically, there is a process but it’s not always fully executed. Michelle met with us initially in person and was very helpful. We felt like she spent an appropriate amount of time with us to discuss the listing process, the steps her team takes to advertise the property, and her role in making it happen.
