Susan is the most knowledgeable and determined agent I have ever worked with. We came to Naples for a month and spent several weeks looking at homes. When our time here ended Susan continued to search for property and would send me listing she thought were what we wanted. Kim was the perfect agent for us. She was knowledgeable about the market, responded immediately to questions we had about specific properties and the process, and was flexible when we asked to see different properties than planned. If you state that there are no perfect real estate agents, I would disagree and will definitely respond - KIM BROOKS is. She not only understood the nuances of local Marco Island Market, which allowed me to dodge couple of bad purchase decisions, but continuously had my best interest in mind.
