Wonderful buying experience from start to finish thanks to Eugene Moreno. Ria was wonderful. Showed us multiple properties in a very tight schedule as we are out of state buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the areas and all the different developments in the area. A 5 star review doesn'tcompare to all the hard work and dedication Mr. Moreno provided tome. I flew to Florida just for the weekend on July 2, 2021 which started our journey in finding my new home. By July 11, 2021 we were in contract and August 17, 2021 we closed on my new home. All of this was accomplished from a distance once I returned home. Perry is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate, he sold a house for me in 2013 and is now in the process of selling another house for me which is currently Under Contract. Following his advice has been very profitable as both houses sold substantially above market value. Perry stays on top of the entire process, keeps me informed throughout and makes the selling process very easy. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Great to deal with and would highly recommend him. I sold my condo 5 years ago with Perry and bought my current home with him at that time and now I am selling that home and buying a new home with him again. Ria helped us purchase a home in Naples via FaceTime as we lived in Colorado and were unable to travel at the time. She promptly answered any questions and showed us any home we found online snd wanted to see. She was honest about the condition of the homes she showed us. After we closed, she followed up on getting information we needed and was available nearly 24/7. She was always cheerful and positive and a total delight to work with. Our son and his wife worked with her, too. We would recommend her to anyone.
