My husband and I came to Kim looking for a second/future only home in the Fort Myers/Naples area. She was very kind, attentive, and willing to do a lot of leg work for us since we are out of state. She took the time to drive out of her way to do virtual walk throughs and advised us on how to better our chances of getting a home in this crazy market. Very professional and ethical. If you state that there are no perfect real estate agents, I would disagree and will definitely respond - KIM BROOKS is. She not only understood the nuances of local Marco Island Market, which allowed me to dodge couple of bad purchase decisions, but continuously had my best interest in mind. This is a crazy market we are in right now. Low inventory and many bids on one house. When I finally found the house I wanted Eugene was right on top of things. His negotiation skills were great and I came out with the home I wanted. Wonderful buying experience from start to finish thanks to Eugene Moreno. We purchased our condo remotely from another state, which was a pleasure thanks to Eugene's attentiveness, knowledge and frequent communication. Ria was wonderful. Showed us multiple properties in a very tight schedule as we are out of state buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the areas and all the different developments in the area. After settlement, she helped recommend local workers in the area to help us with renovations. She is an all around agent that has a high commitment to her clients.
