I was looking for a home and I found Eugene's information online and called him. I was drawn to his no nonsense attitude towards house shopping. I made multiple offers on different houses in this sellers market and was able to finally find not just a house but a home because Eugene came through in the end. I highly recommend him and will use him as my realtor for my future real-estate needs.

Michelle and her team sold our house for us in 2020. At all times she was professional, helpful, responsive and efficient. The house sold very quickly. We had to resolve an open permit after the sale of the house and Michelle and her team continued to be fully engaged, helping to find contractors and trying to resolve hold-ups with the escrow agent. This was in marked contrast to everyone else involved in the sale. Her commitment to a successful closing and the resolution of all issues beyond that was excellent.

Michelle and her team were amazing to work with thought the entire process for selling our house. They always provided feedback and n showings and open houses as well as ensure we were informed when showings were booked. They consistently went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. Ria knew the area and after just a few meetings understood what I was looking for. She helped me make the most of a weekend trip into Naples and found me the perfect house. She was always attentive, helpful and supportive and did everything she could to get me the right house at the right price.

Our family has settled nicely into our beautiful southwest Florida home thanks to Ria Sayers and the Michelle Thomas team! The home buying process went very smoothly, allowing us more time to focus on the details of our out-of-state move. Ria’s communication was excellent. I had to sell my dream home due to a divorce. Michelle made this experience so much easier. She provided information during my mediation which proved to be exactly as it played out.
