A 5 star review doesn'tcompare to all the hard work and dedication Mr. Moreno provided tome. I flew to Florida just for the weekend on July 2, 2021 which started our journey in finding my new home. By July 11, 2021 we were in contract and August 17, 2021 we closed on my new home. All of this was accomplished from a distance once I returned home. I’m from Minnesota which necessitated reaching out to Kim via the internet. Kim responded to my request for information about Marco condos as soon as I texted her. During the two to three weeks time before I was able to come to Marco Island, Kim texted me with possibilities and other timely information about the market. Perry is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate, he sold a house for me in 2013 and is now in the process of selling another house for me which is currently Under Contract. Following his advice has been very profitable as both houses sold substantially above market value. Perry stays on top of the entire process, keeps me informed throughout and makes the selling process very easy. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Great to deal with and would highly recommend him. I sold my condo 5 years ago with Perry and bought my current home with him at that time and now I am selling that home and buying a new home with him again. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else he’s really the best!

Ria helped us purchase a home in Naples via FaceTime as we lived in Colorado and were unable to travel at the time. She promptly answered any questions and showed us any home we found online snd wanted to see. She was honest about the condition of the homes she showed us. After we closed, she followed up on getting information we needed and was available nearly 24/7. She was always cheerful and positive and a total delight to work with. Our son and his wife worked with her, too. We would recommend her to anyone.

Eugene is great to work with! He FaceTimed me with properties I was interested in and was always very prompt about doing so. He kept me informed all throughout the buying process and made it very easy to complete the purchase!
