We were so lucky to have Ria Sayers as our realtor for the purchase of our condo in Florida. We live in Kansas, have never been to the gulf coast in Florida and hadn’t bought a home in 20 years. We only had a few days and really thought we would have to make numerous trips to find a place. I talked to Ria a few times prior to our arriving in Florida and she knew what we were looking for. Kim recently helped us purchase a condo, while we were long distance. She was very prompt, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with. Michelle and her team were exceptional. We sold our house without returning to Naples, which created some complications from our end. However Michelle’s team not only took care of helping with movers and storage, but also connected us with lawyers and accountants. Michelle was able to assist with every problem we presented.
