Love Dr. Carrier and the crew! They are all very caring professionals. I have friends that travel from North Park, Oceanside and 4s Ranch to have their furry family members cared for at Midland. I am so fortunate that they are right in my neighborhood! Medical maintenance and treatment for pets can be costly, but it's been my experience that Midlands fees are reasonable and.....they don't do any high pressure "up selling". Dr. Switzer made a late night house call on a holiday weekend to help me and my cat. She had managed to get her head stuck in a small hole and was unable to get out. Dr. Switzer arrived very quickly and was extremely professional. He helped get her head out and somehow managed to not get any scratches!!? I am so fortunate to have such a great resource close by. Thank you Dr. Switzer and all of other excellent staff at Midland Animal Clinic. I will be recommending you to all of my friends!
My husband recently took one of our pets in without an appointment. They were able to see her quickly and diagnosed the situation within 20-30 minutes. He walked out with the prescribed medication and our loved one is doing much better. The doctor followed up to check on our pet's progress the following day. They were kind, caring and professional. I would recommend Midland Animal Clinic to anyone.
I recently moved to Poway and was in search of a new vet for my elderly Corgi and my new puppy, an Australian Cattle Dog named Timber. I had heard positive things about Midland Animal Clinic and scheduled appointments for both dogs to be seen. Went here on a recommendation from a good friend for our fur baby. They took very good care of us and got us in right away, same day. Our blue pit bull, Roxy, has developed a bad hot spot under her chin. We've own plenty of animals in our lives, but never have had to deal with an issue like this. My dog had never been to this vet before, so we were going in blind. The staff at Midland Animal Clinic are very kind and courteous. My family and I have been taking our animals here for over a decade. Midland has a friendly/ caring team with excellent doctors and technicians. We feel the prices are fair for the quality of care given, and that our animals are truly cared for.
We had very good experience most recently with Dr Tracey Carrier and the staff for our 15 yr old dog Ruby. Have been going there for last 12 yrs and their vets always gave honest opinion and recommendations for our pet. Will continue going to them in the future. Prices here are fair and reasonable. Midland animal clinic is located far away from us(15 miles)but the drive is worth it.
My dachshund, Duke and I had his first appointment with Dr.Switzer today. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and soon after, Carmen, our vet tech came to take us to a room. She was very kind. She listened to all of my concerns and Duke liked her right away. When Dr. Switzer came in he was very friendly and professional.
