The Vets are very nice and professional. The front desk staff are very cold and disappointing.
We switched to Midland Animal Clinic from another vet office about a year ago. We have no trouble getting appointments, as they have a large staff of quality veterinarians and assistants who are kind, caring and charge reasonable amounts for their services. We recently had to have dental cleaning for our small 8 year old dog, who had quite a bit of decay and periodontal disease and the cost for all of it was much less than other vets who had charged me over $2300 for just a cleaning on my former dog. I really love Midland!
We have been clients with Midland Vet for over 19 years. They have an incredible staff of doctors and vet techs. We needed our cat seen immediately after being seen the day before at an ER hospital the day before. Midland was able to squeeze our cat in at the end of the day. They alleviated our worries and gave great care. We highly recommend Midland Animal
We've been coming to this clinic for the past 7 years and have consistently been very happy with the service and level of care every doctor has provided. They are attentive, they listen, and they actually follow up with check in calls where appropriate. Dr. Hyland was AMAZING! Bringing a sick animal to the vet is literally the worst, but Dr. Hyland made us feel so taken care of! Ellie, the patient, was so comfortable with her. Even when we had to call back for some follow up questions she was compassionate and did not seem annoyed in the slightest! We will absolutely be bringing our animals here again, and you should too!

We've been coming to Midland Animal Clinic for about 7 years now and won't go anywhere else. Their compassion for animals is unmatched and we always feel like family. We've had amazing service from everyone there but our most recent visit was heart wrenching and I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Textor and Hannah. They are my dream team for anything pet related and truly showed they wanted the best for our sweet German Shepherd. Thank you MAC!
Love the Vets. Office Staff can seem irritated... Maybe a bad day. Way too expensive but we keep going because of the vets.
While Midland took care of my cat for many years, I do believe that the recent blood pressure medicine did him in - be careful, ask questions about medication!
