I came here knowing I had a check engine light on. I was really worried that I was going to walk out paying with a arm and a leg. How ever, it turned out that I still had a warranty on my car so it worked out in my favor. The service tech was really great about keeping me inform. They offered a uber ride to and from the facility because the service took about two and half hours. Which is expected because they had to change my solenoid on my transmission. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot & dented the rear gate. I took it to Midway Collision Center for repair. Zachery Avey, the estimator, did a great job - the car was fixed on the day he said, for the price he estimated. When I got my car back, the rear gate and bumper looked brand new. They did a wonderful job. They even cleaned my car! It looks terrific!
Just had my car repaired by Midway Collision after having an accident. Kyle Trautmann, the estimator, was great - he continued to keep me in the loop and left detailed voicemails about the work they were doing during the weeks my car was being repaired. My insurance company, Met Life, worked directly with Midway Collision to pay them and it was so easy - I didn't have to mediate between the companies and pickup was super easy. Thank you so much for your work - I am excited to have my car back!
I just had some work done at Midway Collision. The manager, Steve, was very friendly and informative when I needed some questions answered. Christyna, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Thank you, Midway! I will bring my car back again.
When good or bad happens. Bad always wins. But in this case,i have to express how great these folks at midway collision center are. Getting in an accident is never fun, but having your car fixed back to good as new is awesome. These guys took great care to dix my car. Always leary of body shops ? Dont be .. this isnt 1960. This place has a very professional feel, and look. The process was explained. They kept me informed, and took care of all the insurance Companies ins and outs . Very pleased .
I changed my review. My car was in the shop longer than expected so it was frustrating but Midway worked with me to get all issues resolved and I appreciate that.
While I never hope to have to use a collision center again, this one did a great job on my vehicle! I went through a center which was recommended by my insurance company. There was a little hiccup at the beginning of the process that made me 2nd guess my decision in selecting this location for my service. The party that damaged my vehicle paid for repairs out of pocket (make sure if you pay in advance to definitely get a receipt!). Really appreciate the professionalism and quality work they did on my vehicle. Kept me informed and clearly explained what they were doing to repair my car. Got it out on time and looking brand new. Hopefully I won't ever see them again personally, however, I highly recommend.
