Stellar and quick service! My car was rear ended so the repairs were through that guys insurance and midway was preferred. Now I don't even want to talk about the repairs because they were fine, however they cleaned out and detailed my dirty hot mess of a car!!! Whoa!!! Unexpected but thank you!! Customer service and communication through the process were exemplary!!
Not exactly thrilled about being "the duchess." Technically, I can't say "I've experienced better" because this is the extent of my experience with body shops, but I can't help but imagine better is out there. Mike Dillman is the absolute best appraiser ever. He is customer focused and explains the repairs. ABSOLUTE LOVE this place beaciuse of him.
Had my truck towed there after a accident on a Saturday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I got a call from Jesse who talked to me and told me the process and told me what to expect. Once they tore my truck down I went down and went back and looked at my truck and Jesse and the Tech walked me through all the repairs and showed me all the damages. Well, I got my car back, they got it done before the expected time, which made me happy. Upon inspecting my car and the work they did I was pleased, except for apart of the paneling wasn't flush. Ken took care of it right away. And I drove out of there a little happier. But truly even diamonds are rough before they are shined up. I will still continue to do business with them. But I will not deal with verbal promises from the likes of "Kyle".

This is not a place that I would choose for my repairs. Maria seemed condescending and a little nonchalant about my business. As soon as she said, "We aren't cheap like a mom and pop shop", I should have left. Me personally? I treat all customers the same, no matter what they look like. I expect the same treatment from my vendors. She also didn't seem to understand the difference between the terms base color, clear coat and paint. Went here for an estimate and arrived at 330pm although my appointment was at 3 pm the blonde lady and the Hispanic receptionist were extremely rude and said I had to return and went back to their work . Oh well, won't be coming here again !! Went to Sanderson ford collision - see Janice she is the BEST!!!
WARNING!!!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place! They are HORRIBLE! From the moment I took my truck to them until I got it back they posed as if they were affiliated with Midway Chevrolet. That's fraud! Jessie the man was such a Bullshitter & the director Steve is even worse. When they screw something up all you get from them is lies!
