Very satisfied with Midway’s repair of my Volvo. They were diligent about keeping me updated on the status of repair and returned my car to its proper condition. 6 months after repair, an issue with one of the damaged door’s mechanical operation surfaced. Midway took immediate action to help me resolve the issue. They stood behind their work and demonstrated the kind of accountability and professionalism that differentiate great customer service from the rest.

I don't think I could have gotten better service. I was amazed at how well they took care of me and my car after an accident. They made it so easy. Ken helped me the first time and kept me updated throughout the process. Then a couple weeks after my repairs a belt broke in my engine compartment which was old age and they happily helped me out a second time.
