We had a very positive experience with Midway Collision. Kyle was great to work with and had great communication about the status of the vehicle's repairs. I was impressed. He listened to our concerns and did everything possible to meet (and exceed!) our expectations. Having a vehicle in a repair shop is a negative experience, but Midway Collision and Kyle made it smooth and seamless.
This is an auto body repair machine! Got rear ended in my fleet vehicle by a car full of dipshit teenagers and had two options on where to take it for repairs. Glad I chose this place. When I called to schedule the repair, they told me they'd order the parts (because it was a fleet repair) and call me to schedule once they came in. I'm so grateful to Midway Collision for getting my car back to what it looked like before it was damaged by Peoria Ford. The turn around time was quick and I'm happy to be back in my vehicle! I definitely recommend using them for your body shop needs!
I was almost killed by a semi driver on the 17. Thankfully I wasn't. But my car was. I want to thank Kyle and his crew for listening and fixing my car back to new condition. I'm sure it wasn't an easy task. I'm super happy and recommend this shop to anyone that has been in an ugly accident. They did great and can say proudly that it was fixed at Midway Collision. Can't say enough good things about Midway Collision. My sons truck was hit on the side, Midway made it perfect. After a week of having the truck back from Midway, my son jackknifed the trailer and damaged the side that was repaired by Midway. He was pretty upset, the side panel was pushed in and the tailgate wouldn't open. We brought the truck back to Midway and Kyle pushed the bumper and side panel out and even touched up a small scratch in the paint, and didn't charge us for this fix. Thank-you, Kyle. After we were rear ended, we got our car repaired at Midway. They were great through the whole experience! Our service advisor was Wayne Beasley, he was very courteous and professional. He kept us informed along the way of the whole process, timing, etc. They even got the car done earlier than expected. After this experience, we would definitely use them again, if we needed to!
