Worst company ever. Took my vehicle their to get a quote, ended up getting my vehicle back in pieces due to them "taring it down" they billed my insurance for a tare down, I didn't even want my vehicle repaired by this company and only brought it in for a preliminary quote. I was shopping around and they took 4 days to look at it because they were so busy with other customers. This company will fraud your insurance every penny and dollar they can get. The customer service is terrible! They got rid of the courtesy shuttle to save few bucks by using Uber if you do not have a cell phone how do you use Uber? I dropped off my car to get some minor body work repaired. I needed a ride home they told me they called Uber they did come but somebody else stole that one. They said they called again I waited outside for about 30-45 minutes No Show. This place should be shut down. My niece went here to have her car repaired. 3 days later and they still had done nothing no updates or anything. The insurance agreed to pay everything then Kyle called them and said he didn't feel the damage was consistent... Ultimately after alot of lies (from them at midway) and alot of miscommunication we finally got the issue taken care of but no thanks to this place. Warning warning warning I had a front-end accident on my vehicle took it in the Midway Collision Center to get repaired took forever finally got it back they said it was good to go front left hub damage when I took it to another mechanic they found all the mistakes they made so it goes back and here we go again do not use them

OMG! Had a really bad experience with Midway Collision Center! After a lot of miscommunication, got a loaner car this morning with cracks on the driver seat, trash everywhere especially the back and stains everywhere including the car ceiling! No wonder the smell was so bad when I opened it! I shudder to think what my car would look like after it is fixed since they still had it! The staff even had the nerve to say "You have no right to be upset! Be thankful we are giving you a free car!" So upset right now!!! Below are only... read more

I was in an unfortunate hit and run accident recently and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to this place because they said they were one of their "preferred" collision repair shops. Now, in retrospect, I wish I had chosen to have my vehicle repaired somewhere else. Pros: When I dropped my vehicle off, I was quoted a repair time of about a month. I was given one of their loaner vehicles to drive in the meantime (one star for that). I was given a call every Tuesday and Thursday as to the status of where my vehicle was... read more

My car had a steering wheel defect which caused an accident. My car was to take 10 days to repair. Midway had my car for almost 2 months. I lost track of how many times they told me that my car was almost done. I have now picked up my car, but guess what, it's not right. I refuse to take it back there. The only good thing at Midway is Zac. He is a great guy. He bent over backwards to accommodation me. He needs to be employed by a much better employer. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!

So far it is a nightmare jury still out on repair quality. It has been 5 weeks since I brought my car in. I had it sent it over from the Midway service shop after they completed replacing a part. It seems this is the first time this has ever happened you would guess that anyway. I was never contacted by anyone 3.5 weeks into it I call naturally checking the status. During the 3.5 weeks I assume these professionals are working hard to repair my vehicle. Come to find out NOTHING had been done yet. They blame on insurance. Yet ... read more

Horrible!!! Their customer service is awful! Got in an accident beginning of December and my front left side got messed up, 2 months later it's still in the shop for the simple reason that they can't figure out how to attach my front bumper correctly. My husband and I have gone to pick it up 3 times and the last time we got it home and 2 days later I went to get in and realized the bumper was poking out with no clips attached.
