Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have called my insurance company and made sure no one else gets them recommended to them. After thirty days of being lied to or as they put it "misspoken" I go to pick up my car and it looks like complete crap. Lines off. Paint poor. Pieces were slanted and didn't fit. Then I get told they can try again but it will be another two days. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Do not let them touch your car if you actually like it. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Dealing with this place has been a COMPLETE nightmare. I had some front bumper damage and it took them 4 MONTHS!!! They were HORRIBLE at communicating with me and I had no idea what was going on unless I called them. Larry avoided my calls and had his assistant return his calls. This is the same assistant who lied to me again and again. I have NEVER had such a horrific experience in all my life and I can only recommend that you DO NOT TRUST these people with your vehicle.

Took my truck over to the shop for a estimate on some hail damage they said they could not to a estimate because it had some previous damage already yes it is a work truck had a dent in the top of the tail gate and one at the bottom of the door . My daughter just came over to the house she had her car fixed or there after she was hit in the door and fender they replaced the door with a new on and it has a dent bye the handle in it ? they repainted the hood and didn't fix any of the ships they just pained right over the sp... read more

Should be a Zero. Absolutely worst customer experience. Was told to come in and we set a date and time to have the car looked at. When I arrived there was no one in the office. Finally found someone who then found Mike the State Farm guy. Mike acted as if he'd never heard of me despite SF sending the paperwork, 2 phone conversations and an appointment. Needed an estimate for a damaged door on my Nissan Pathfinder. Called in advance, they said to just walk in. Got there and the two teenage girls at the reception asked me to fill up the form - provide my insurance information and sign a long disclaimer. I just wrote my name and my phone number and refused to sign anything - I just needed an estimate. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was recommended this company to fix my car by my insurance company a few months ago and boy was I in for a treat. I had ran over some road debris and had to have my muffler and oil pan replaced after a diagnosis by their technicians. They had to order my parts which I knew would take a little time ( overall 2 weeks ) from start to finish. We used midway because statefarm suggested them because one of their customers hit our car. We are very happy with the repairs. You can't tell there was ever any damage. The length of the process was a tad ridiculous considering how little damage the car actually had. It took 3 weeks and each week we were told "it will be ready by the end of next week". I had two vehicles repaired here. I had issues with both. We had our service van in and it took over 3 months to fix. After it was ready... the van had damage that wasn't there when we took it ! I had to prove to Midway based on pictures that they caused the damage. They finally agreed to fix it. Secondly my personal car had the bumper replaced and painted. 6 months later I get backed into and the paint cracks and chips off. Obvisouly I knew that damage came from someone backing into me. I would not recommend!. Poor customer service, poor workmanship and they will NOT stand behind their warranty. I brought my Infiniti G37 to this shop twice. Once for the front bumper and once to touch up the front and fix the rear bumper. They say you have a LIFETIME warranty on the paint however I am here to say that is not true. The paint on my front bumper began cracking in the corner and spidered throughout the entire left side bumper.
