So far it is a nightmare jury still out on repair quality. It has been 5 weeks since I brought my car in. I had it sent it over from the Midway service shop after they completed replacing a part. It seems this is the first time this has ever happened you would guess that anyway. I was never contacted by anyone 3.5 weeks into it I call naturally checking the status. Horrible!!! Their customer service is awful! Got in an accident beginning of December and my front left side got messed up, 2 months later it's still in the shop for the simple reason that they can't figure out how to attach my front bumper correctly. My husband and I have gone to pick it up 3 times and the last time we got it home and 2 days later I went to get in and realized the bumper was poking out with no clips attached. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have called my insurance company and made sure no one else gets them recommended to them. After thirty days of being lied to or as they put it "misspoken" I go to pick up my car and it looks like complete crap. Lines off. Paint poor. Pieces were slanted and didn't fit. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Dealing with this place has been a COMPLETE nightmare. I had some front bumper damage and it took them 4 MONTHS!!! They were HORRIBLE at communicating with me and I had no idea what was going on unless I called them. Larry avoided my calls and had his assistant return his calls. This is the same assistant who lied to me again and again. I have NEVER had such a horrific experience in all my life and I can only recommend that you DO NOT TRUST these people with your vehicle.
Took my truck over to the shop for a estimate on some hail damage they said they could not to a estimate because it had some previous damage already yes it is a work truck had a dent in the top of the tail gate and one at the bottom of the door . Should be a Zero. Absolutely worst customer experience. Was told to come in and we set a date and time to have the car looked at. When I arrived there was no one in the office. Finally found someone who then found Mike the State Farm guy. Mike acted as if he'd never heard of me despite SF sending the paperwork, 2 phone conversations and an appointment. Needed an estimate for a damaged door on my Nissan Pathfinder. Called in advance, they said to just walk in. Got there and the two teenage girls at the reception asked me to fill up the form - provide my insurance information and sign a long disclaimer. I just wrote my name and my phone number and refused to sign anything - I just needed an estimate. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was recommended this company to fix my car by my insurance company a few months ago and boy was I in for a treat. I had ran over some road debris and had to have my muffler and oil pan replaced after a diagnosis by their technicians. They had to order my parts which I knew would take a little time ( overall 2 weeks ) from start to finish. We used midway because statefarm suggested them because one of their customers hit our car. We are very happy with the repairs. You can't tell there was ever any damage. The length of the process was a tad ridiculous considering how little damage the car actually had. It took 3 weeks and each week we were told "it will be ready by the end of next week".
