Would absolutely not recommend this place. They diagnosed me on Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon and 4 phone calls to the clinic later my prescription had still not been called into the pharmacy. I spent the weekend with a high fever feeling horrible. If they can't do the basics of calling in a prescription then they have no business being a health care provider. Terrible experience.
Bill was sent to quest lab was wrong,I called multiple times and spend more that 2 hours trying to resolve this they unhelpful gave me different numbers to call.I am gonna take legal action , this is insane !
Midwest Express charged me $180 for a COVID test. This is a totally abusive and extreme price when COVID tests can be purchased at a pharmacy for roughly $20. I was not informed of the $180 price before the test was performed. I never would have agreed to a COVID test if I knew that the charge was $180.
DO NOT GO. I REPEAT DO NOT GO. They lie to you about charges, and send you extra bills in mail to be paid. They make you sign a document which states that they can deduct money from your card once they bill you. I have got 2 bills in the mail for the same thing in 1 one month with 2 different amounts. The billing services is not helpful at all. PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A MENTAL BREAKDOWN A MONTH LATER REGARDING PAYMENTS.
If you want to wait and have all the time to wait over an hour then enjoy this place! If you are a working individual than DO NOT come here!! They are beyond lazy and purposely move SO slow!
This was the worst service I ever received. You would have thought you were at the Cook County Hospital. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know.
Thieves! Once you pay the bill, they use the card on file and charge you again. And when you call them, they just smile in your face.
Never go there, I was there on a with waiting on my parent and she asked me to see if they take my insurance to do a blood test, I asked do you take my insurance and told them if you don't I do not want or need a blood test, they said they take it, after a year they send me a bill of $200, and were about to send it to collection, i paid it off never received a receipt now after a full year they send me another bill for the same test that i have done for $60.03 I called to know why since i paid the $200 they never explained w... read more
This place has greatly gone down in experience. No longer gives a welcoming feel, looked like no one cleaned the office in a week. New system so they have no old records of yours. The physician assistant was very polite but I was unfortunately already annoyed by the time I met him.
