Poor customer service!!! Turned away at 6:00 with a sick child saying they are closed! After I called ahead and said I'm on my way!

The location is convenient. The technician did not complete wrist x-rays and the radiologist missed that I had a fractured thumb. The person at the front desk hung up on me and did not inform me I was being put on hold. Trying to save time going to this location because it is very close to work. Ended up having to get x-rays done again and then received the proper diagnosis at Northwestern Urgent Care.

This place is horrible. I checked in with Front Desk girl , she said i was checked in. I went up twice and told her that everyone who came in after me were called- and she Told me i just have to waits two mother effing hours later after someone who checked in thirty minutes ago were called- i go up again to New Shift receptionist and she says i was never checked in. Seriously horrible service .

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is completely unprofessional does not prescribe proper medication does not get back with results and is impossible to get a hold of. Left me suffering for over one month with a condition that could have very easily been fixed. Awful.

I have been struggling with getting some services rebilled. The clinic takes my insurance but not the DOCTOR on duty that day. It is November. This has been going on since June and August. After being told it would be rebilled, and then being "under review" for over a month I left a two star review here. I thought I was going to get somewhere when Midwest Express responded by giving me the number to patient advocacy. Guess where the "advocate" sent me? To the general billing number! This clinic is a scam. Do not go here. I went for a Covid test that my insurance 100% covers. I was told when my results come in a doctor would call me with those results. Midwest FAILED to mention that they charge you a doctors visit for that call. They also don't provide any other options to receive the results. My results were negative. I got an email from a collections agency months later saying the bill had not been paid. I called my insurance and they had never received it. Scam artists. The first time I went here I asked them if I had a copay and they said no. I never received a bill or anything in the mail. Then 6 months later my credit score dropped because they sent a bill for a $40 copay they never sent me to collections. I had to file a dispute and the clinic's billing department said they "forgot" to put my apartment number when they mailed the bill. Suggestion: Do Not Go if you want efficient, polite, organized, helpful check-in. I checked in on the app last night for "a place in line" . When I arrived early at 8:00 a.m. the woman at the desk took my card, license and I filled out the necessary paperwork.
