I've never had such a lovely experience at an urgent care facility (to the point that I'm writing a review because it was that good!). First, the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered all my questions. I arrived at 6:30pm and after filling out paperwork, seeing the nurse, having an xray taken, seeing the PA to review the xray, seeing the nurse again for a pain injection, and getting my discharge papers to leave, it was 7:40pm! I don't have a PCP so I always go here for check ups, bloodwork or anything else I need. I have never had an issue and all the doctors have good bedside manner, the front desk is always super nice. Definately recommend coming here when it's not super busy

was in and out in 20 minutes.. the doctor was so nice and considerate and helped me swiftly with a medication issue that other clinics in the area made a nightmare

I had really bad whiplash from getting rear ended. Was in so much pain. People kept telling me I needed to get it checked out to have it on recorded. I had no clue where to go or if they could actually do anything to help so I called around with these questions and lots of places were rude or not helpful. I had a good experience at Midwest Express Clinic. I came in for a sprained ankle and they were able to see me, get an x-ray, diagnose me, and send me on my way in less than 45 min. By the standard of urgent care clinics, that's pretty good. The one downside is that I had to call to get my itemized receipt & lab results sent to me two days after my visit. Would have liked to get that information without having to prompt them, but overall that's the one blemish on what was a good experience.

I have had a few return visits that have gone well. While my last experience with a surprise bill was never resolved and I ultimately had to pay, I do think their staff has been generally good. I do like that appointments are easy to make or walk in accesible. I don't usually wait long.

I have been here 3 times in the last month and a half. The first time, I came in desperately because I was so sick and needed help. Prior to coming, I Went to the NW clinic and they didn't help at ALL. The NP I saw was so kind and made sure I came back if my ear was still bothering me. I did end up having to come back and the second NP listened to my concerns ans helped me out. I also work in healthcare and it's so nice to see people doing what's best for patients. Update to my 1-star very negative review from yesterday. I couldn't get my x-ray done on Sunday so I tried calling again first thing Monday morning and was told by someone else there that they did have a tech available right then and could see me right away. I drove down and was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Facility was clean and tech was really friendly. Turned my experience around with them completely. I'd now say I'd recommend them.
