This place should not allow you to make a Covid testing appointment without requiring you to acknowledge you are symptom free. Relying on people that are unwell to read the fine print is not in the best interest of patient care. Especially when you have invested in ample technology to make appointments on a mobile device and text message alerts. At the very least have the option to be swabbed outside. Would not recommend.

Five stars for patient experience. Zero stars for billing. They charged for (while not disclosing) an office visit to receive a test result. That result could have been emailed or communicated via a phone call rather than a video call. To be clear, my insurance paid for the visit and the test, and the second "visit" for the results. Lack of transparency with Dr. Joanna Giza. The purpose of my visit was for a urine test. I asked Dr. Giza if I could get the result over the phone and was told I had to come in the clinic for a follow up visit in order to get my result, because they don't give results over the phone. Later, only to bill me and inform me that the result could of been emailed to me.
