Love the convenience of the location. Been here a few times between myself and my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful but sometimes the wait can be a bit long. Definitely one of the better walk-ins that I have been to and continue to use.
I LOVE this Express Clinic. It is very convenient, because it's opened from 9 am - 9 pm, 7 days a week. Doctor Palumbo is very knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic & helpful ! They do more then just basics. They do X-Rays, EKG, . . . They also have - Stop Smoking program, with using medicine & patches. There is no other clinic like that, I looked around.
Came in with my family for a diagnosis. When we came in we got a clipboard to fill out. We waited about 1 hour to be taken in by the doctor. Waited additional 30 mins in the doctors office before the doctor actually came in. And another 10 for a lady to come take an X-ray. Very slow! For a doctor visit it's $100 and for an X-ray it's $60. They do have specials sometimes but not when we visited. However they were able to honor a coupon i found online which was extremely nice of them. Great, fast service. Professional. Have come here for everything from B12 shot to an eye infection. Always great.
I was pleased on how fast I was seen. I have been here 3 times now and am still impressed with how prompt they are when seeing patients. That are also very thorough with testing and don't brush you off.

This clinic is convenient for any medical immediate needs with efficient staff, updated medical equipment & office is neat and clean. There's also a lot of restaurants nearby where you can drop by prior or after your appointment. Highly recommended clinic.
Fast efficient service. Care provider was professional and I left feeling confident that my needs were met. I also didn't feel rushed (as you sometimes can). I asked for more payment information (for my HSA), and although it wasn't immediately available, at checkout I was given my chart info and told of the process to get itemized billing. All in all a positive experience, considering I was there because I didn't feel well.
Medical staff is always great! Dr. Palumbo is our primary and we love her! Everyone else is terrific as well. Sometimes the wait is longer than the usual 15 minutes, but I always figure that someone needs more care than I do at the time. I would hope that if I really needed help, the staff would work hard to help me, and that other patients would understand. #payitforeward
