I've been to this place probably 5/6 times in the last year because i am quite honestly always sick. First of all, I love that most of the staff is female, they really do their best to listen to your considers. I've seen people get super nasty with people at the front during extremely busy times and every time the staff handles it with such care and patience. This place has no customer service and not welcoming. Don't rely to set up a on-line appointment, it's useless. All it does is put you on a list for the Cattle Call appointments with the walk-ins.

This place is terrible. Lost my partners urine test two times!!! Who knows if the third was really hers. Made us drive to Aurora for an X-ray. Said nothing was wrong. This place has down hill, fast. Saturday morning I checked in before arrival and when I get there, I was standing at the front for 5 minutes before the two girls even acknowledged me because they were too busy talking about nothing important. An hour goes by, mind you it's not even busy, finally called in. Another hour later, after being in a freezing room. An Update here. In their response to my review Midwest Express advised med to fill out the form, which I did. So after I submitted that form the representative from Midwest Express called me back on 4/12/23. However, she could not figure out how to process the refund and asked if she could call me back with an update. Today is June 7th and I am still waiting for that call back and for a refund. Mind that in about a month I will be "celebrating" a 1 year anniversary of Midwest Express enjoying my free money.

The billing is awful! Double charges. Sent to collections when they owe me for paying twice. Nobody picks up the phone to discuss. Paying online site does not ask for anything except money. Awful!

test results were not accessible though the QR code, instead of my test results I received a 50 charge for an entertainment website on my debit car. if this is how they make extra money my family will never go back to them for anything, the emergency room is a better option for the mone.

Brought my kid for fever, keep us waiting 45 minutes even though I scheduled an appointment in advance, and saw the NP for 5 minutes, later I was surprised to know they charged almost $300 for this visit. This is way more expensive than similar visit anywhere else., I called their billing, they told me that they charged $250 for new patient visit, it is their standard. Terrible service. Go in for an annual physical and get lab tests done, get a follow up to come pick up the paper work, was handed paperwork and walk out of the clinic 5 minutes later and am being charged $80 to do so and was told it "was their policy to charge you whenever you come in the door". Have called customer service 6 times to file a complaint, all 6 times have heard nothing back and they have just sent the same bill to me every time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
