This place was amazing. Doctors were excellent and very caring. They also really cared about the patients there. The office was immaculate with a great staff. I am lucky the opened up near where I live.

Don't take your kids here. Np Natalie Sanfratello works there And makes assumption without an exam and also misrepresented herself as a doctor. She messes with people's lives with impunity. How many other people has she done this too.

I was sent here from the Aurora location, which needs to train the staff here, at this location *eye roll* I came in for an ultrasound, and the tech was VERY unpleasant! My visit was today 7-19-24 at 605pm. If I hadn't had to go to the emergency room, the review would've been written right in their parking lot. I walked in at 555pm. My appt per the Aurora location was for 6 pm. I've been to this place probably 5/6 times in the last year because i am quite honestly always sick. First of all, I love that most of the staff is female, they really do their best to listen to your considers. I've seen people get super nasty with people at the front during extremely busy times and every time the staff handles it with such care and patience. This place has no customer service and not welcoming. Don't rely to set up a on-line appointment, it's useless. All it does is put you on a list for the Cattle Call appointments with the walk-ins.

This place is terrible. Lost my partners urine test two times!!! Who knows if the third was really hers. Made us drive to Aurora for an X-ray. Said nothing was wrong. Went somewhere else and found out there was a cracked rib. They charged us for all this garbage of course NEVER AGAIN. I can't pick negative stars or else I would

This place has down hill, fast. Saturday morning I checked in before arrival and when I get there, I was standing at the front for 5 minutes before the two girls even acknowledged me because they were too busy talking about nothing important. An hour goes by, mind you it's not even busy, finally called in. Another hour later, after being in a freezing room. An Update here. In their response to my review Midwest Express advised med to fill out the form, which I did. So after I submitted that form the representative from Midwest Express called me back on 4/12/23. However, she could not figure out how to process the refund and asked if she could call me back with an update. Today is June 7th and I am still waiting for that call back and for a refund. Mind that in about a month I will be "celebrating" a 1 year anniversary of Midwest Express enjoying my free money.
